Oleg Filin

Oleg Filin. Graduated from Youth School of Art (Troitsk,89) and the Stroganoff Institute of Industrial and Fine Arts , BA/MA program (Moscow,1996).

Participated in many faculty exhibitions while studying. In 1994 took part in a collaborative art-project to American and Russian artists (Trinity Hall, Troitsk). Since that time started art activity and exhibiting on a regular base: graphic series exposed at Clayton Hall, Delaware University, USA (1995; Group show “Orthodox Russia art” (1996), etc. Since 1997, having worked as designer in different fields of commercial arts participated in several annual exhibitions of local artists’ community at Trinity Hall and Youth Center, Troitsk.
In 2005 took part in "Salon Des Independants" Paris, France.
Starting 2005 Oleg's abstract works are exclusivelly represented by EEC Art gallery, Brooklyn, NY.
At the present, spheres of activity defined as fine art and art-design. Main genres are in figurative abstract and decorative. Own elaborated techniques based on acrylic and alkyd paints.

Works are represented in collections of Russia, USA, UK.
